    The court case!

    ASIC regulation (funded by EGO) v Marshall

    This was never going to go any where fast!

    If Marshall loses this one some big legal interests would be next in the crosshairs. It was always going to drag on for a decade. When will Management be honest about this. Once it is forgotten what it was ever about in the first place it will be settled out of court. (MY HONEST OPINION ONLY)
