As BB has been saying, the POO is now below $40; stockpiles are high and production is increasing in Libya and America. With the overhang of the WPL share sale by Shell keeping a lid on any upward sp movement, I think there will be plenty of time and some good entry points for holders. IMO, there is no need to move any time soon.
