Agree, it is good to see them throwing some support in, but a bit more effort would not have gone astray. Could it be that one of the analysts doing the report is the real estate analyst What I also found confusing is the target of $1.20, yet according to the Ratings Distribution Table at the bottom one analyst says returns will be greater than 15% and one says less than 15%???
As I said, it is good to see some coverage from them, but I agree with Gusman on this, they didn't put much effort in, Gavin's buying was more a shot in the arm for the company than this. IMHO.
