That's why stocks like Oncosil are called speculative. This IDE anouncement doesn't mean much for their product in terms of marketability, efficacy etc. However there are people are pleased with that. Sure, this anouncement means that you have to wait 2+ years from 2017 to see whether their product would be approved by the FDA or not.
