One has to be careful what one wishes for.
Imagine the deal of the century and no one to drill.
There is stage 1 & stage 2.
Without doubt, to take over FAR would be the cleanest, but not the best for SH's.
To take out Senegal only? And then what?
The only leverage FAR has is our share in Senegal. Its fantastic, its big and we are small. Lets see how all of this pans out. I think normal rules do not apply. And this can go both ways.
Me thinks a friendly deal with WPL may end up the best we get. Its the most logical and the market is extremely risk averse. Could be worse.
