    Long term wholesale investors can choose from many tactics
    These include selling into news,or,
    using shorting to suppress SP until they are ready to begin the distribution phase of the cycle

    No different to buying a car - for best value you take action to lower the offer

    Some gain in the short term, some long term, the longer the term the greater the risk ( and reward)
