Everyone seems to be forgetting that WPL claim to have offered $2.20 a barrel (debatable as 2c was only 330 at the time of the deal) and we have a RISC upgrade imminently. Say the 2c goes to 800. Then based on the $2.20 figure they were happy to pay they are underpaying close to 200 million dollars. I'm sure they can get concessions on that as a minimum. Surely.
