a) Basically he (meaning Malcy) might know the truth about CNE not pre empting. I disagree.
b) Likewise he (again, Malcy) just speculating on the time line of 30 days. Again I disagree.
c) But the 13/8 not long to wait to find out.
Naturally, c) cannot be disputed, as that timing is a fact.
Regarding a) and b) however: What makes you a bigger expert or perhaps better expressed "a more knowledge-filled" person than Malcy? Would you care to elaborate how you DO know that CNE will in fact exercise their pre-empting rights.
Regarding the time-line of 30 days - how do you know that this does NOT apply ??
Your comments most welcome, obviously. Especially as both points a) and b) have potentially a significant influence upon FAR and its share-price (JIMHO, of course).
