    Ive mentioned this a numbr of x now.

    Equity and debt holders have different investment objectives.

    Firstly ORB n AMGN dont give a toss abt SHS. Orb almost wants this thing to fail. They effectively own the entire shop due to debt covenants. Orb n AMGN will just work together to make this thing a success should further sources of funding fail to materialise. Its as simple as that.

    The fact that they have supported the co. is not a guarantee of future success. History has already PROVEN that.
