Why are you still holding ? Mate imo if I was in a stock making me this unhappy and having to downramp it to make myself feel better , I'd be out and into something better .
If you make a loss so what , offset it against gains you make in another stock you think is doing better .
Personally nothing has changed for me , until I see something I don't like or agree with ill hold.
