Agree, nothing is done until the fat lady sings. Look we hear about binding agreements but I think need to be realistic and understand the note at the bottom of slide 14 on this presentation, which relates to the previous 3 slides in that presentation. Make your own judgement.

Deals are difficult to get done down this side of speccy town, but my view is the first deal done will be the one where the fat lady sings and then all other deals follow (risk reward equation which I am happy to be in but only invest what you are willing to lose - if it comes of then picture the car you will drive down the road the day after next). The first deal is always the hardest. Hoping that Divan we reach fruition this month and if it does there will be a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow as other deals come in. I also expect the first major deal not to yield significant profit as that is what market penetration strategies do. Just my thoughts.
