Lol, I'm sure Shin Etsu will be as keen as mustard to deal with a Sino coal shell company, with ALK hovering in the wings.
Having just had some third hand experience in negotiating Sino capital I'd be VERY surprised if they were happy paying out the current pay day lending, maybe they are just going to suck up the dilution.
