Shorts are under half of their march peak, and trade below 2000 contracts most days, and I dare say these are all used strategically to buy down 3-4c on very low numbers, tapping the low of the day then causing the weak hands to wobble.
SHJ have forecast EBITDA of 24-28M. Going forward this becomes the regular 6month EBITDA of 25M or 10.5c EPS per half year. Annualised without growth this is 21c ; Even at 40% distribution this is a minimum 8c annual dividend Franked.
at $1.10 this is way over 10% return on your money. At $1,50 its still 3 times the RBA rate and it doesn't hit term deposit rates until about $2.75.
Daniel Wilke has runover the books with a fine tooth comb. He is a man who built a stellar reputation in the insurance/banking game not only for running tight books ; but for returning excess funds to shareholders by way of special dividend.
Remembering this does not factor in any growth and SHJ has historical and future growth potential of over 15% p.a. The thing with only paying out 40% divi is SHJ will have enough cash to retire over half of their debt, the next half would be gone by Christmas. This would see SHJ 16/17 with a turnover of $175M EBIT of way over 50M and debt free. After retiring all debt on the low side that is $25M of post tax profit 16/17; which without further debt to retire becomes $35M of post tax profit with nothing to do but acquire or distribute.
I'm calling a:
1) 27M EBIT (10.5c EPS)
2) 4c dividend minimum with potential for 5c.
3) Forecast guidance of $50M EBIT 17/18 or EPS > 20c

Well I let my shares go cheaply. $1.12.

Why?
1. I am a cheapskate by temperament, and by trading account, and the salary bill for all these lawyers, just makes me want to puke.

2. After the results all the SHJ insiders are free from internal restrictions, to change their vast holdings, into the folding stuff.

Sorry fellows, I have posted on this thread for half a year, and SHJ saved my backside, from one impulsive day when I sat in my car and bought SGH at $1.07.

As an aside, I look forward to the SGH result, although not a holder, as I predict it will be a sea of red ink.
