Chill people. I think a few of you might have your wires crossed.
The US$10m wasn't coming to CNX directly, it is going to the JV in China. The JV is a separate vehicle. Which will then pay CNX for professional services at cost + 15% (That's what I remember from previous announcements).
It was also stated that the JV could be sold or floated in an IPO down the track (some time away I would expect).
