expanding on the above post I continue to feel the mkt is fragile. Hence my strategy is to only open positions in which i have a 'high conviction'. I've tried to explain this on the DTL thread. Hence, when i read that it is difficult/impossible to determine the 'occupation rate' in GEM's centres i sold out. I'm seeking transparency of future earnings and attempting to minimise risk where ever possible. Its the old adage... 'Better to be out, wanting to be in... than in and desperately trying to get out'.
