    A colleague with substantial holdings in NKP has pointed out that the company does not have two Australian based directors.

    Has Zijin failed to comply with regulations?

    Has the ASX failed to ensure compliance?

    How can shareholders have confidence in the NKP Board, ASX and ASIC when we continually find issues?

    Tan,Fang, Wang and Jones are the directors. If i am correct only Jones is an Australian based director. Has the ASX been asleep yet again?
