Part of a management team that spent an unnecessary amount of shareholder funds fighting a takeover panel application that was founded on poor management of major shareholders. Why?
Sure, he spoke to you all during the proxy battle, but ask yourself why?....
The Company needs money (via equity or JV's) if it wants to do any real justice to its portfolio....
