Good info, thanks. What you say makes perfect sense. You could be on the money, though with BRN history shows us it's virtually impossible to predict their next move/announcement.
To me, Spikenet seems to fit in perfectly with what iniLabs are doing so I'm not sure why they haven't worked together in the past.
As an aside something irks me about Spikenet's 90's website...
