Gallea, Surely by now with all the 'imminent' announcements you'd be aware by now that 90 days wouldn't be a fixed be all and end all date by which time if not signed either party would simply walk away. The agreement would have been specified to have to be made within 90 days thus the reason for OBJ announcing so but this does not prevent extensions of time. Now I don't know if there will be an imminent announcement on this but I'm personally not sitting on the edge of my seat or holding my breath. This next signed agreement is possibly the most important for OBJ to date.
