$8.5-10M profit, but will require $3.4M debt facility (not approved yet ?)
Where did you get $11M free cashflow ? and 4 year mine life ?
Are there other projects ?
I can see upside from 0.15, but seems to be running too hot too quick for me... although, I think it will go further looking at almost no sellers ...
