Your post is pathetic, I bought below $2.25 and am voting NO, simply because I smell a rat and the rats should be exterminated. It is quite clear that this share has been manipulated to a price which makes the current offer attractive. It's a sick joke for management to say that the offer is attractive, attractive to who? What happens to all those who bought at the offer price? Aren't they being short changed. The prospectus showed this was going to bring rewards to long term shareholders and now it seems clear that they used and abused those who placed their faith in a company which they were given to believe was listed for long term benefits. I do hope that the ASX steps in and investigates. $2.25 is well below what this company is worth and the Chinese will be laughing to get this company for a song.
