As I said I'm only here throwing my opinion and if you have some good thoughts about the benefit of voting no I'm more than happy to listen and discuss, but that "You should sell your share now and walk away" thing is not what I'm after.

patientceisking...I can tell you are a Chinese based on your profile picture. I am actually familiar with Vitaco's China business. Based on the growth potential, the 2.25 takeover price is underestimated. You position is totally biased...if you think 2.25 is fair price, just sell your shares now and shut up.
