    I've averaged my price down to below the offer, but will still be voting no.

    I emailed the company to let them know I'm not happy with the proposed purchase price. I'm just the little guy so I know it will fall on deaf ears - but if feels good to let them know nonetheless.

    Just seems like such an opportunistic low ball - still can't believe the board recommend it.
