If Incor wanted to fund AVQ they could have left the $10m facility in place. But they decided to cancel the remaining facility, which means they do not want any more funds exposed to AVQ.

That Incor might come back in the future is just your opinion and means nothing. Fact is Incor have started to sell their shareholding in AVQ. This is not the act of someone that is bullish in the company they hold shares in.

Gunvor's $5m pre-payment is exactly that, a pre-payment *if* AVQ starts producing. This is normal offtake procedure and nothing special. They will buy at discount and sell at spot.

Gunvor and AVQ have not agreed to any more than the pre-payment.

AVQ will have to pay Anitua for their services.

Stop misleading people that there are groups out there willing to throw money at AVQ and they are happy to do this for free. This is not the case at all.
