Yes, imagine if nickel price got to only 7US/lb and that is no where near the N3 eclipse of 9-10US/lb+.....it just how she or someone else handled the 11M USD VAT refund I wasn't impress with.

I remember reading an article from the local media that they were seeking it in July 2016 so it was likely their first instance of getting additional funding and when the government reject it initially, they seek funding from other 3rd party source and the note holders, she should have place it in C&M and re-commence the VAT refund negotiation, I am certain the government would have agreed then instead of 6-8 months later when we were already in VA and they where still mining during the VA.

I think they also did a C&M in March or was planning too and then only a few weeks later, the state government agree on releasing their VAT credit refund......which was infamously rejected by the receiver.
