The legality of the wand promotion/sales at this point would be unknown to us. It may be perfectly OK given that it is already an existing product shown on all Asian SK-II websites (excluding Japan), and we there is nothing to suggest that the device itself is changed in any way.

I am certain that the wand is not missing from the RNA Eye Cream launch simply because we don't have an agreement signed. This launch would have been planned as much as a year in advance, and if P&G wanted to launch the cream with the wand, it would have certainly happened that way.
