    Panax seems like a great way to get started on a shoestring. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this licence and facility will let them grow any strains they want, whereas most are licenced specifically for certain strains. The groundwork has been done and we're about to get the keys and transfer water, phone and electricity bills. It might be factored in to the SP already but still a good time to buy if you haven't already IMO.
