Unfortunately, it DOES NOT say that the landowners are pissed at axiom?? IT says that they are divided on the issue.

Yes it is true to say that Axiom was involved in the operation, but they may be pissed that Sumitomo took everyone to court. They may be pissed that Sumitomo has done nothing but land bank and MOST importantly they might be pissed because (rightly or wrongly), they found out that the deal offered by Axiom is significantly better than the deal offered by Sumitomo.

Yes they will quell any animosity prior to moving forward and this can easily be done by including everybody in the deal that Axiom has offered. Let's hope that this has or is being done as we type.

So again I ask you how do you back up your statement that the landowners are upset with Axiom?
