Whilst I don't dismiss it.... LOL and knew you would have it handy....as you post largely from fact (in my opinion), I was also of the opinion that whilst they supported when the case started and they were somewhat bullied and tricked into that position. It is undisputed that Sumitomo acted in a...shall we say....dubious manner. These landowners as a result were ignored (incorrectly and unjustly), by Axiom and as such were left out.
Conversely, I feel both sides (landowners left out and Axiom), have acknowledged the errors of the past, repaired their relationship and in doing so paved the way for a road to mining or at least a ML. That's why I said recent article. Anyway, I guess time will tell.
