I am still puzzling through whether the new holders' intentions are aligned to the long-term investors'
best interests.
However, by the vast amounts of cash they have thrown at a largely unrecognised company, it is obvious they think they can make a lot more money in return.
How they intend doing this remains to be seen.
Yet, they seem to have the energy, motivation, resources and organisational skills that were sadly missing from the previous management set. So I am optimistic that at least things will start to happen more quickly.
Of course, they might also be seeking to gain control by constantly diluting the the long-term investors by replacing them (by issuing cheap shares) with a cabal of their own tribe?
