"Steinepreis Paganin has acted as the solicitors to the Company in relation to the Offer. The Company estimates it will pay Steinepreis Paganin $10,000 (excluding GST and disbursements) for these services. During the 24 months preceding lodgement of this Prospectus with the ASIC, Steinepreis Paganin has been paid fees totalling $330,730 (excluding GST and disbursements) for legal services provided to the Company."

Maybe we should own a legal services company, seems to bring in a fair amount of cash.
