It just soaks up demand that would have come to the open market, and depresses the price in the same way as Trafalgar selling.

We traded at 11.5c yesterday. Are all the people who are saying they would have wanted a piece at 11 buying? If 1c makes the difference, then they're no looking to hold long term anyway.

There aren't buyers, traders want instant gratification, but it takes time and money to get a $1 Billion project up, the board raised $4M, including 1.5 from SMS. Good job I say.
