ASIC are the original toothless tiger when it comes to market practices..... unfortunately....
I'm sure you'll find a link to reporting stuff on their site..... Just don't get your hopes up I'm sorry to say....
Our market operates a bit like the American wild west..... And ASIC always seems to fail in every way..... It's sad really.....
