Maybe it's time to bring in some Yankee expertise. They seem to be delivering even in difficult times. Expertise may be the key in delicate situations like this. How much time and tries do you allow before giving someone else a go or at least asking/paying for help? May turn out to be a better investment than relying on pumps and hope. STX needs a quantum leap into the next level of developing this resource. Some things you have to pay for. Not casting aspersions on management but maybe they need a nudge in another direction.
