I agree. I think lrs is undervalued. My concern is cash flow. An aggressive drilling campaign = a big spend. 2 mill finance in reserve. Just over $100,000 cash
A cr seems imminent. The recent investor presentation smacks of cr! The question in my mind is, how advanced are negotiations on sale of mineral sands? Could a sale in the very near future be on the cards. ?
My opinion a placement is going to be announced shortly. I hope before ann of claims but possibly shortly after. I realise a cap raise now would mean greater dilution but i think that would be absorbed by a greater increase on sp if ann came after cash in the bank.
Its also going to be a good indication of where we are at on sale of mineral sands. A large placement would indicate sale a long way off. A small placement would in my opinion indicate confidence in the sale of an assett shortly. As funds will be needed soon to fullfill the rather aggressive planned time frame.
I have no concerns on where lrs is heading. The only questions i have is how do i maximise my investment. I plan on doubling my holding, just want to pick as close to the bottom as everyone does. A cap raise soon and good ann could see fluctuation on a big scale in both directions ultimately in the northern direction i think.
Just thinking out loud and keen to hear other opinions.
All in my opinion good luck to all
