It is almost certain that they would need to raise capital in some form or another. The numbers and the reaction of the market clearly reflects that. Whether or not retail shareholders will get a look in is another matter. That's why I've hedged it, holding my hand out for a few more at these prices but with the other hand in my pocket in case retail shareholders do get a chance to top up in a cap raising.
