Hi Heron ... Backing up what Frikkie just said in reply to you ... The whole reason minorities have been successful in making any meaningful contact at all with Nkwe / Zijin is that we have been organised and had a representative who has enough numbers behind him to make an impact on any plans that management may have in regards to the future of the company.

If we just made individual shareholder enquiries to this mob, as we did in the dim dark past, we would continue to be palmed off and treated as pesky flies ... It is because of our leader's expertise and the weight of our minority shares / votes that Zijin management have been forced to get their legal advisers to deal with us.

Yes, admittedly things are moving at glacial speed, as is the usual case once lawyers get involved in anything ... but they ARE progressing towards minorities finally achieving our goals ... We trust in our leader and are happy with what he is doing on behalf of us all.

Now, as Frikkie says, if you think you can achieve better by yourself, go for it ... but don't expect us to go discussing much on this public forum that relates to the on-going private discussions that have been taking place.

You have been offered the opportunity to contact and talk to our leader about these matters, but if this is not good enough for you then that's just too bad.
