0.3c is not a lot for this stock at this price level. If 0.9c does not hold, then it may go back to re-test 0.3c. If the holidaying director does not come back and sign the deal soon, the lack of confidence in any deal being made will drift the price down. If it holds, could be a buying opportunity.
As I can't see why the price will go up without a positive announcement, when the announcement is made, the rally can be breath-taking and you may have to chase it a long way up.
The only rule in successful stock market trading is buy low and sell high. Unfortunately many buy high after an announcement and become long term investors.
