Sure hope so. I think it will definitely hit .40 IF something valid and substantial comes out. In the mean time it is more likely to hit .20 before it hits .40. Just seems to be the likely probability looking at the buy and sales side. That could change in a heart beat, but right now the balloon is deflating. No one should really be surprised.
