"expecting 10c by week end based on technicals
fundamentals are also shaping up well"
Hardly anything to get excited about as daily volumes are still vey low.
Fundamentals still not looking good. DyO around US$185/Kg in July with no signs of recovery.
While the coal company kicking in some funds to keep the lights on in the short term is a positive, unless the company can prove it has a viable business plan at current REE prices and more importantly REE concentrate prices, something it has failed to do to date, I cant see how anyone could consider the fundamentals as "shaping up well".
Wait with baited breath for the release of the pilot plant CAPEX and OPEX information. Although how anyone can believe a pilot plant is going to have enough positive cash flow to make the company viable is beyond me. Maybe at fantasy DyO prices but if you still believe in that fairly tail its not going to end well IMO.
