One of the key takeouts for me from the annual result announcements today was:
- COH Board is ACTUALLY making a numerical prediction of FY17 profit (few companies seem to be making a prediction at all, and fewer prepared to put a number on it), and it's prediction is +10-20%
This is very positive from our Board.
sp reaction is of course another matter as COH is a (justifiably) high PE reliable growth stock and has recently had an extra run-up in price.
But you would like to be a holder of such a positive company in uncertain times, wouldn't you?!
