MZN had just put a better offer to acquire RXL's 30% interests in Reward Zinc Project, which has 58mt @ 12.7% zinc + 44mt @ 5% zinc, total offer value at $ 16m (beating the previous $14m offer)
this is to price OVR's JORC 12.6 MT at 5.3% zinc for around $3-4m cash at least,
OVR could be the star anytime soon
