I thought there was an article that said SMM can revoke one of their tenements and re-apply for this one after the CoA decision that nullified both SMM and AVQ?
But I doubt they can beat AVQ's 20% offer anyway so the question now is whether the 1.5% laterite nickel ore price is at a level that is viable, particularly given the 33M AUD start-up cost still required to even commence production.
