How is this not positive? TSI executives now have a seat at the table and it is in their best interests for SP to increase... I'd be hoping for more transparency and announcements to come through now.
I would be guessing they have knowledge as to what will transpire with regards to the acquisition and didn't want to miss the boat. I have a long term view and for those looking to make a quick buck this announcement probably isn't what they were after.
As to why anyone would sell prior to details of TSN increasing their stake in TSI is beyond me but hey each to their own.
