on a serious note: I don't see this deal is any different to the Jien deal which the FIRB approved (both are ultimately state owned enterprises)

China is on track to produce 24 million cars and trucks next year! that's going to consume a lot of existing Chinese Dy supplies and new production, which begs the question ...

... how long before China stops exporting Dy to the West because it needs all the Dy it producers and more for it's one consumption
