I smell a deal!
Super tight shell with low EV, I suspect this one will shoot the lights out when a deal is finally announced. Hartleys are all over this one and they have been hitting them out of the park recently. LPI, AVI, RVR, WAF, BYR to name a few. This has multi bagger written all over it...
