Ok, so would a small parcel buy of say 160000 stuck in at .037 with the next bid at .032 and millions on the sell side to 037 qualify as manipulation. That is the current situation but I cant see the point of doing it unless they are doing it to create the impression of interest and there might be a big jump in the offing.
Is this stock manipulation?
It happens quite a bit before open.
