Good question Hopeful. Without knowing the answer for other companies, I would strongly suspect in LNY's position that they have a very old group of shareholders on their share registry which is dominated by a small number and a huge number holding non marketable parcels of shares. Hardly any of them are now buying LNY shares in significant numbers and as we have seen for too long now the SP has become stagnant.
LNY does have a very good story to tell and needs new people to hear that story and maybe to start buying shares to break the current stalemate. I'm sure that their last presentation was intended to coincide with the ML being granted as they had anticipated but held up by a rogue "beneficiary". Just my thoughts.
