It appears that they are unable to pick up strays without going up in price, and whenever they dumped at a lower price, those shares get picked off by somebody else. The way they are creating the "low" perception, to me at least, is just by using the mid price facility and basically selling to themselves.
Frustrating, but I hope FAR is using the silence to facilitate their strategy.
