Strictly speaking, the nice man blogging videos about make-up from his closet was answering a question and is correct that you 'can' use it with other creams if you wish. I expect you can also use it to apply Vegemite to your toast if you want to...although it won't push it further in. Mind you, if another cream contains the relevant ingredient, the wand presumably improves the effect.
